0 - 3,999 MGLW $4.50 flat rate per landing
4,000 - 7,999 MGLW $6.50 flat rate per landing
8,000 - 12,499 MGLW $8.50 flat rate per landing
12,500 - UP MGLW $0.80 per 1,000 pounds
Scheduled Airline $0.50 per 1,000 pounds

Aerial Applicators Permit (Up to 2 aircraft):*
